Hello! My name is Amanda, what's yours?

I live in Cincinnati, OH with my mister and our two daughters aged 3 1/2 and 2 (phew!). I am a full time student studying social work and my love works in the construction field. His expertise has saved us a lot of money on the home front!

 I decided to start this blog because I wanted a place to share my creativity and the progress we've gained on our first home. We bought our tri-level in July 2011 and the renovations haven't stopped. The original owners before us never updated the house so each room needed a little TLC. We are far from complete but seeing our house reflect our personality is motivation to continue.

Aside from decorating and DIY I enjoy scrapbooking, photography (I'm learning!), fashion, thrifting, flea markets, antiques, being with my family, and creating memories!
