With any fixer upper, there are a few areas we want to improve. Like in every room. I've created a list for those interested and for me. It feels so great checking off a to-do list. So satisfying! Let's get started!

Kitchen:

• Touch up ceiling paint
• Touch up Wall Paint
• Add another coat to the beadboard and trim
• Remove all doors to cabinets and sand
• Repaint doors and cabinet bases
• Find organizers for pantry
• Change pantry shelves to pull outs
• Put curtains back up
• Replace storm door
• Replace flooring
• Art on wall near dining room
• Find bar-stools for the island
• Light fixture for above the sink

Living Room:

• Repaint
• Smooth walls
• Replace front door
• Replace picture window
• Build built in's around the TV

• Replace plastic hangers with wooden hangers
• Find storage baskets for dresser
• Paint end tables
• Distress dresser next to the stairs

• Find curtains and blinds to fit picture window
• Find a small table for next to the rocking chair
• Finish shutter makeover for memo's 
• Move "masterpieces" to the basement
• DIY some art
• Find bar stools for breakfast bar

Dining Room:

• Smooth walls

Sunroom:

• Rip up carpet

• Re-vamp chest for extra storage
• Find a piece of furniture for next to the garage. Bookshelf? Dresser?
• Hang vintage sign

• DIY pillows for couch

• Replace door to the garage
• Replace broken ceiling fan
• Free standing A/C or Heater?

Basement First Half:

• Touch up fireplace
• Touch up walls
• Change fireplace? Spray paint?

• Find pillow covers for the one's already there
• Upholster the ottoman (got rid of it!)
• Build storage cubes for around the wall and behind the couch
• Find storage baskets 
• Add curtains to the girls playhouse
• Finish vinyl decor on playhouse
• DIY flower box for playhouse
• Figure out how to decorate inside playhouse
• Finish hallway walls and repaint
• Finish doorway
• DIY TV stand (we purchased one, just need to finish it!)

Basement Second Half:

Scrapbook Room/Office
